Please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before accessing or using the information and Services available through the Website. The Services are offered to You conditional upon Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Participation Terms

By registering for and attending any workshop hosted by Harmony Within Living ("we," "our," or "the facilitator"), you ("participant" or "client") agree to the following terms:

• Our workshops are designed for self-reflection, personal growth, and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or therapeutic care.

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after the session.

• If you are experiencing significant mental health distress, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed therapist, counsellor, or medical professional.

 

2. Confidentiality and Group Agreements

• All personal stories and experiences shared by participants are to be held in strict confidence by all group members.

• We foster a respectful, inclusive space. Discriminatory, harmful, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session without refund.

• However, We may disclose confidential information to Our necessary employees, to obtain professional advice (such as legal or financial advice), to the extent required by law or with Your prior written consent.

 

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Full payment is required to confirm your place unless otherwise arranged.

• A 50% refund is available up to 7 days before the event starts.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are not eligible for a refund. You may transfer your spot to someone else before the first session, or use your payment as credit toward any future workshop. Transfers are not possible once the series has started.

• If the facilitator needs to cancel the event, you will be offered a full refund or option to transfer to a future workshop.

 

4. Marketing and Promotion Consent

• We may record videos, sound recordings, photographs or other content in performance of the Services or relating to the Services. By engaging Our Services, You hereby consent to such videos, sound recordings, photographs or other content being taken.

• We will have and retain ownership of all videos, sound recordings, photographs or other content, including any Intellectual Property rights subsisting in them. We may use such videos, sound recordings, photographs or other content taken, as well as any posts made by You for marketing or promotional purposes whether on our Website, Media or by other means.

• You will always be informed beforehand if media will be captured.

 

5. Data Collection and Privacy Policy

• We collect personal information (such as name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of communicating with you about your booking and related offerings.

• We will never sell or share your data with third parties.

• You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

6. Consent to Terms

By registering for a workshop/workshop series, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
