“Feeling burnt out doesn't mean you failed at your job,
it means you care so much.
Caring for others and caring for yourself isn’t either/or.
It's both/and, for the same ultimate purpose.”
- Kaiyi Zhang

Hi, I'm Kaiyi
I'm a qualified social worker, certified coach, and the founder of Harmony Within Living. With over seven years in the community services sector, my work is grounded in a strengths-based, culturally informed perspective, and a deep belief that the people who care for others deserve that same care returned to them.
This work is personal. Having experienced burnout firsthand as a frontline social worker, and watched peers leave the sector not by choice but by exhaustion, I founded Harmony Within Living to offer what is often missing: a space where the whole person behind the professional can be supported, seen, and restored.
I hold a Master of Social Work, a Diploma of Life Coaching, and qualifications in emotional intelligence, NLP, and facilitation. I bring a unique blend of the systemic lens of a social worker and the personal development tools of a coach, so the work addresses not just how you feel, but why — and where transformation can actually happen.
